Every February I find myself feeling pale, dry, and honestly just blah. Let me walk you through my Winter Body Reset of what I do to nourish my skin, hydrate my hair, give my lips a boost, and so much more to feel good about myself and get out of my winter blues! So if the winter blues have you down, tune in on my tips to drag you out of those winter blues and give your body a little boost (believe me, I feel so much better after this quick reset).

Starting off with the Himalayan scrub, I’ve purchased this over and over and can’t speak enough greatness about it! This scrub exfoliates and restores your skin! This helps clear off all the dead skin, leaving your skin silky smooth!
While my shower is getting hot I toss in one of these Body Restore shower bombs! If you’ve never tried a shower bomb before let me be the first one to tell you that you are missing out! Think spa in the comfort of your own home! This leaves my shower (and bathroom) smelling so good and helps me wash away the stress and relax!
If you’re like me, fresh hair has a way of making me feel like a whole new woman! I use the Unite Shampoo & Unite Conditioner to freshen up my blonde hair! If you don’t need purple shampoo to brighten dull hair, Seint has this amazing Cloud Cleansing Creme that nourishes and softens your hair!
After a refreshing shower I toss on this Restore Face Exfoliant from Pomifera and let it sit while I put this Redken Bonding Conditioner on my hair! The Restore Facial Exfoliant exfoliates your skin, has anti-aging properties and increases skins firmness! Next, I use the best smelling hair gloss from Seint that softens, soothes, hydrates, protects, and restores damaged strands and calms irritated scalps, leaving your hair silky and rejuvenated!! The Seint Classic Hair brush was designed to activate your scalp and help your hair grow (it also feels like a massage on your scalp).
Once I wash off the Restore Facial Exfoliant I toss on these eye masks from Grace & Stella! These eye masks target dark under eyes and dark circles. I don’t really struggle with dark circles much but my eyes do get puffy and the cooling sensation of these is great! You can find my whole Winter Body Reset video here but my sweet husband Ryan brings me a cup of coffee and that always helps with my winter blues too!
Now time to tighten up and moisturize your face! I use this Youth Ageless Sculpting Wand every morning and it helps keep my skin firm, target wrinkles, and improves skin texture and tone! I follow with Pomifera’s moisturizer, Nourish! This plumps my skin for the day and helps retain moisture (plus it’s great for aging skin)! I don’t know about you but in the winter my lips feel so dry! I use this lip serum to hydrate my lips and it makes a huge difference!
For my body, CeraVe is the best moisturizer hands down. It helps get rid of bumps on my skin and leaves my skin moisturized all day even in the dead of winter! Plus I find it super beneficial to hydrate my skin before self tanning! Which brings me to one of my secrets for “glowing” all winter long. Self tanner. I use Pink Lily’s self tanner and it gives me the perfect bronzed look without the orange! There is just something about having a little tan that boosts the mood!
While I let the self tanner sit I put in probably one of my most requested products, Banana White (if you follow the link be sure to use code spencer to save some money)! I get asked constantly how I get my teeth so white and here it is! I’ve been using Banana White for years! Zero sensitivity and super easy whitening! While I whiten my teeth (20-25 min) I’ll make my Yū drink! I’ve been taking their supplements for over a year now and love the extra energy they give me! I mix TrimFit, Earth + Ocean Greens, and Collagen together with my frother to get everything nice and blended! This is my little go-go juice, it gives me energy and helps curb my appetite while sneaking in my greens.
If you are also struggling with the winter uglies and need a winter body reset be sure to follow these steps and I can guarantee you’ll feel better!
